Ticketing Terms and Conditions (Advance/Trade/Gate) 2008/9 – Version2

• Tickets are valid for admission only if purchased directly from National Boat Shows (NBS) or an officially appointed ticket agent of NBS. If purchased from any other source, tickets will be invalid for entry.
• Please check the details of your tickets upon purchase as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
• Presentation of your ticket for admission constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions upon which NBS, the Organiser, is prepared to grant entry:

1. Up to 2 children (15 or under) may accompany an adult ticket holder free of charge but each child must have a child ticket for admission obtained either in advance or from cashiers at the Main show entrance.

2. Tickets can not be refunded, exchanged, transferred, nor should they be resold for commercial gain.

3. For public safety, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches.

4. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.

5. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by the public at the Show arising as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or any loss or damage to personal property brought into the Show.

6. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the Show.

7. The distribution of leaflets or any other advertising material or the sale of articles anywhere within the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden without prior written permission from the Organisers, and who also reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate such articles for infringement of this condition.

8. Re-admission into the show is possible by the issue of a wristband from show security at the entrances.
